How your Custom Journals are Made

Expert bookmakers bind your custom journals by hand using traditional methods. The ivory paper pages are bound into the spine, which comes in 4 colours so you can complement the printed design. We use specialist dye sublimation, where the the inks are fused deep into the satin fibres creating a permanent print that won't fade, peel away or scratch off. We finish the corners with shiny metal caps, to protect the edges and give a premium look.

Create Your Own Journal Tips

We use Monroe satin to cover your hardback journal, which is a woven fabric. For this reason, we recommend using images or designs that have bolder details and larger features to ensure the sharpest finish. The front and back can be printed with different designs, ideal if you need to create your own journal for professional reasons, as you can print your publishing information, business details and barcode on the back for that extra finishing touch.
