How your Customised Passport Cover is Made

Unique sheets of Nappa leather or vegan-friendly faux leather are printed onto directly using modern digital printing techniques. This fuses the inks deep into the fibres of the material, creating a long-lasting print that won't fade, peel away or scratch off. Leather passport cover printing produces are beautiful, high-quality print with saturated colours and high definition details on white leather. The leather is cut to size and hand-stitched together by expert seamstresses, in your choice of white or black thread. Please be assured that we source the finest leather available and that your customised passport cover is truly one of a kind. 

The Nappa leather is sourced via Italian tanneries for printing and finishing in our own in-house atelier studio. This work is by hand and to order. As a full-grain, bovine-calf leather, it is graded to the highest level for print and manufacturing quality.

Are there any other countries it supports?

The standard passport covers fit passports that are sized 125 mm x 88 mm. This will be for those issued in the UK, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Canada, USA and Australia. Our larger passport cover, which will be for those which are issued in the Netherlands and Denmark, as well as old and new German passports.

Is it a 100% real leather passport cover?

Yes, if you choose the leather option we use the finest soft Nappa leather, leaving the reverse untreated for an authentic look and feel. Over time, the surface develops a natural creased patina. You can also choose a textured faux leather which is a vegan-friendly choice.

Do I get to customise all over the cover?

There are four different areas to customise with your original designs. The front cover, back cover, and the two internal flaps where you can tuck your pages into so your photo page is showing.
